Batching Plant Operator, Carrickmore

MPA are looking for a reliable and motivated Batching Plant Operator to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our concrete batching plant. This is a hands‑on role requiring attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Whether you already have experience or are looking to develop new skills, full training can be provided for the right candidate.

• Operate and manage the concrete batching plant to ensure accurate and efficient production
• Monitor batching processes to maintain quality and consistency of materials
• Ensure timely supply of concrete to meet project requirements
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of plant equipment
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Keep records of production, materials, and deliveries

• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and problem‑solving skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
