This Assistant Quantity Surveyor role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Assistant QS looking to progress into a Quantity Surveyor position with a well-established contractor delivering projects across education, healthcare, residential and refurbishment sectors.The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support Senior Quantity Surveyors across both live projects and pre-construction activities, including two-stage tenders, subcontract procurement and package management. Duties: Assisting with subcontract procurement Supporting two-stage tender processesAssisting with valuations and variations Supporting package management and cost reporting Working alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors on live projects Liaising with subcontractors and site teams Requirements: 2+ years experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor Main contractor experience essentialExposure to two-stage tenders and subcontract procurement Experience working on D&B projects Good communication and organisational skills Degree qualified or working towards a Quantity Surveying qualification Package:£45,000 - £55,000 DOE Competitive package Strong career progression Supportive commercial team Exposure to high-profile projects across London and the South EastTPBN1_UKTJ
