Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager, Oxford

BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager in Oxford, we do have 2 positions at this time. You will have previous experience working as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living. The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident?s daily needs, completing support plans and sign posting information, whilst liaising with in-house support workers on a daily basis to ensure a continued smooth service. You will also report repairs and complete Health and Safety Checks and be in charge of the running of the Scheme as a whole and will need to deliver a constant high service at all times. Managing voids and lettings, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement. This is a temp to perm role. Oxford: 25 hours per week Rate of Pay: £13.32 Monday to Friday Kiddlington: 35 Hours Rate Of Pay: £13.32 Monday to Friday And enhanced DBS is required. Apply now for immediate consideration
