Air Traffic Engineer (ATE), Oxfordshire

Copello are recruiting for experienced Air Traffic Engineers to join a team based in Oxfordshire to support the maintenance of Airfield/Air Traffic Equipment. Responsibilities will include carrying out corrective and preventative maintenance on various systems including Radar, Watchman, PAR & HRDF. The Air Traffic Engineers will be required to maintain records of completed tasks and outstanding requirements and build a good working relationship with the customer and Air Traffic Controllers. This will be a fixed term contract for 12 months initially with the potential to be extended. The shifts will be Monday to Friday with a mixture of earlies and lates plus some overtime available. There is a 10% bonus for shift/on call allowance and the salary is £35,500 to £37k plus 6% bonus. Suitable candidates will have previous Radar Maintenance experience and time spent working within an Airfield/Air Traffic Engineering/Maintenance (ATE). Previous experience within the RAF/Military would be beneficial along with an emphasis on Watchman Radars.
