Sourcing Assistant / Manager Oxfordshire Up to £35k DOE + Benefits + Bonus Our client is a well-established manufacturing business with a plan to further grow and expand their product range and market share past their current turnover of £30m. With a fresh management team focused on strategic sourcingand supply chain management, we are looking for an experienced sourcing assistant / manager to support the Supply Chain Director and Strategic Sourcing Manager to bring effective change to supplier management and balance to the intake of stock, materials and customer delivery in a sustainable manner. You will be responsible for delivering and supporting the companies sourcing requirements in line with the business need. You will have broad responsibility through direct and indirect sourcing, category management, material management, business partner support, and ERP management. You will support the overall strategic direction of sourcing within the business, with a proven ability to work across a technical manufacturing environment with hands on experience of delivering in a dynamic and often pressured work environment. You will have a foundation of experience in purchasing and sourcing, ideally have started or completed your MCIP qualification and have the ability to adapt and mould sourcing process and success within your team.
