Job Description My Client is the sole supplier of Dura Base matting, hiring and installing throughout the UK and Europe. Our delivery and mat system allows our customers to access sites no matter how wet, throughout the year. We have a wide ranging client base, in construction, events, crane hire, temporary builds etc. We are especially strong in the utility sector, where our customers require access all year round to power grids, railway lines and energy installations. Due to continued expansion and an aggressive growth strategy we are actively looking to recruit Regional Site Supervisors to join their operations team. Purpose of the role: To facilitate the smooth management and site supervision of a variety of projects inclusive of personnel management; site surveys and customer liaison. Duties will include: RAMS creation and training inclusive of Permit to Work; Lift Plans; Risk Assessment and Method Statement generation. Site surveys ? generation and training Training; development and leadership of the crews on various sites covering the UK Quality care and control in line with Terrafirma and customers' expectations HESQ management; job file creation and upkeep Cost and Service Management Sales and Operational Planning ? Forecasting and target management On site liaison between the customer and Terrafirma for all things net of commercial or financial negotiation.
