Peripatetic Manager / Area Manager Oxfordshire. £55k + Car Oxfordshire A marvellous opportunity has arisen for a peripatetic manager / operations manager to join a leading care organisation. Our client has homes based throughout Oxfordshire and they require a peripatetic manager / operations manager to oversee 3 residential care homes in the Oxfordshire region. You will operationally manage the 3 care homes and in addition to this you will provide management cover and work in a troubleshooting capacity when required. You will be a senior manager supporting the 3 homes and you will provide guidance, quality assurance and home improvement advice. You will ensure the homes are fully CQC compliant. The right candidate needs to be an experienced manager with excellent communication skills, background in the care industry, capable of leading and motivating a team. My client is looking for an experienced home manager looking for a step up or an existing area manager, operations manager, peripatetic manager, relief manager. Candidates do not need to be a nurse due to the homes being residential homes, however, peripatetic manager / operations manager candidates must have dementia, elderly care and home management experience. You will be required to travel between homes in the Oxfordshire region, therefore, you must hold a full driving licence and be happy to travel. Required skills: -Experience as an operations manager, area manager, peripatetic manager, quality manager or troubleshooting home manager -Strong CQC knowledge -Possess good, strong leadership skills and works well as part of a team -Strong elderly care management experience -Happy to travel throughout the Oxfordshire
