Contract Administrator, Oxfordshire

Contract Administrator G-Force Logistics are looking to directly employee a Contract Administrator. As a recruitment business, we currently supply temporary staff to various clients within the logistics sector. These clients have sites based across the South East of the UK. We have over recent times invested in up to date technology which interlinks are systems and database. We use these systems to aid the recruitment process and streamline the process to ensure we can manage the demands of our clients. As Contract Administrator, you will be trained to use our systems to monitor the candidate registration and retention process. You will be required to support the Consultants and manage the day to day application process which ensures that all candidates that apply to us for work are treated in a courteous and professional manner. You will need to have a solid understanding of processes and how they achieve an end objective. You will need strong PC skills and an analytical approach to tasks. You will need to be organised and work within set objectives. You will work closely as part of a team but must also have the ability to work independently at times. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, be confident and love engaging with people. We offer a competitive basic salary.
