Site Contract Coordinator, Oxford

Join our international team and be the key support to clinical research projects, part of the Start-up team, working in a dynamic multi-functional environment, gaining unique skills from various disciplines relevant to clinical research - from contracts management to project- and site management. Office based You will: * Communicate with clinical trial sites to negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and Investigator Grants, and coordinate the negotiation process * Prepare the executable version of the contract (CTA) * Coordinate the contract signature process until full execution * Track CTAs and Investigator Grants negotiations in the company database * Support the customization, review and negotiation of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and Investigator Grants, and other contractually binding site-specific documents * Maintain local archives and documentation
