CASTING TECHNICIAN ?TRAINING PROVIDED Salary: £20,000.00  increasing to £22,500 after successful completion of 6-month probationary period Hours: 36.5 hours Mon ? Our client is a small company manufacturing RFI shielded windows and optical filters for a global client base who due to continued growth now have a position for a Casting Technician to come and join their small friendly team of 8 staff. Many staff members have spent a lot of years with the company and our client would like you to do the same, this role takes a few years to master and our client is looking for somebody to stay with the company to learn and progress within the role. This role involves the handling and mixing of chemicals, inspection of materials and production of sheet material. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a production/Manufacturing role would be highly advantageous Looking to stay and grow with a company Capable of handling and lifting heavy objects (up to 25kg) Good literacy and numeracy skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ( visual inspection of very small particles is required ) Excellent communication skills Lives within commutable distance of Oxon, OX29 Eligible to work in the UK If you feel you are the ideal candidate APPLY today!
