If so check out our new opportunity below As Personnel Security Lead, you will: In conjunction with internal and external stakeholders develop, agree and implement a proportionate approach to the delivery of all aspects of personnel security. Aligning the personnel security strategy with RWM's Corporate Strategy in support of the delivery of RWM's portfolio of programmes and plans. Interpret regulatory requirements and map to company objectives so as to deliver personnel security services that support and advance the changing business need. Implement strategies to ensure personnel security controls remain compliant with all HSSEQ, regulatory and corporate standards, and regularly satisfy regulators and external accreditors to this effect. Support for policy development, advising senior managers on personnel security related policy issues and decisions. In conjunction with internal stakeholders develop a personnel security risk assessment methodology to support risk informed decisions to be made when full personnel security controls cannot be implemented. You'll have: At least 5 years' experience of managing/supervising personnel security services in a regulated environment, to include all aspects of development and implementation of policy, procedure and processes to align with regulatory and other stakeholder frameworks. Demonstrable experience of delivering all aspects of personnel security services in accordance with the requirements of the Security Policy Framework, to include aligning with government and/or industry objectives and standards, proactively reviewing and assuring security risk and highlighting non-conformance. Experience of ensuring Personnel Security policies and security controls remain appropriate and proportionate to the assessed risks, and are responsive and adaptable to the changing threat environment, business requirements and central government policies. Proven protect and time management skills, including the ability to work flexibly on parallel tasks, often to tight deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment to ensure that security objectives are delivered in a coherent manner. It would be great to also have: Previous experience of the interpretation of personnel security requirements based on information received from diverse stakeholders e.g. engineers, scientists and managers from a variety of disciplines, both internal and external. Knowledge and experience of acting as a vetting sponsor to include the use of the UKSV portal. Prior experience of the provision of personnel security vetting services through the use of both hard copy and online/digital e.g. digital ID verification and checking services, online BPSS applications or similar.
