Senior Personalisation Worker Do you have the desire to help change lives and have experience of working within a mental health setting? Response has been successfully providing housing and support in the community for adults with mental health needs for over 40 years. You will be providing support to our clients to learn new skills and engage with a wide range of activities in the local community and on-site. This will involve assisting them to take part in a wide range of activities including recovery-focussed courses, social occasions, taking groups to day centres and running residents? meetings. You will bring to the role your creativity and, with support from management, you will continuously develop the range of opportunities we offer to the residents to help them to lead a meaningful and pleasurable life based on their choices, preferences and needs. Flexible Working Hours potentially to include evenings and weekends.
