Visa Coordinator, Oxford

A client of ours is looking for two new members of their team, for a month temporary assignment. If you are based in Oxford, this may be ideal for you. Visa Coordinator - The Visa Coordinator plays a lead role in the CAS and visa application process for a number of partners in the European division. This role would suit an individual with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to remain composed and organised in a fast-paced environment. Visa Coordinator Responsibilities: Alignment to the University admission and compliance regulations and policies Timely collection of documentation in support of the visa and CAS application Application assessment and offers to study issued in line with service level agreements Contribute, as necessary, to problem solving issues raised by agents Support visa documentation and verification Contribute, as necessary, to the aligning system interaction (eg. Avoid double entry)Visa Coordinator Requirements: Essential Tertiary Level education or possess related sector qualifications/training At least 2 years' experience in an education/visa/immigration/ customer service focused environment Good understanding of Higher Education admission processes Administrative and compliance knowledge and experience related to Tier 4 Excellent knowledge and understanding of front-line customer relationship managementDesirable Degree level study Experience of working in an International admissions education setting Front-line customer relationship management to multicultural clientele sponsorship duties and requirements An effective knowledge of university pathway programmes Familiarity and understanding of the UK/Dutch/German visa process OISC Level 1 competencies in visa advice and knowledge CRM systems Dutch language skills German language skills Resilient in pursuit of excellence If you feel you are suitable for our VISA Coordinator position and could be a great member of our clients team, please apply now
