Temporary Chef, Bicester

Temporary chef required to start the 21st September for 2 weeks, potentially longer! A beautifully located cafe in Bicester are currently seeking the support of a chef on a temporary basis starting the 21st. The cafe are regularly serving around 150 covers in a day, so they are requiring a efficient chef who is capable of working alone at this level. They are currently running a menu that provides both breakfast and lunch, the lunch menu consists of toasted wraps, freshly made baguettes, jacket potatoes and salad bowels. They are also offering both a sit in and takeaway service. All food is locally sourced, supporting local companies and farmers so they are able to deliver the freshest food.
