Atlas Employment are delighted to be assisting our client on the appointment of a CAD Analyst to join their team. Registering of models for analysis Completing light contour plot drawings Carrying out rights of light/daylight & sunlight analysis Completing daylight and sunlight assessment within a proposed development Completing sunlight amenity assessments Window map drawings Deed Profile drawings Carrying out envelope/cutback analysis Creating 3D models of existing and proposed buildings Liaising with Architects and client?s design team to ensure the scope and accuracy of assessments, technical analysis of daylight & sunlight using specialist software, preparation of results and various drawings and rendered images for presentation within reports Manipulating data in Excel and producing plots and renders from within AutoCAD to detail the output of analysis Using MBS analysis software You should apply for the role of CAD Analyst if you have?  Previous experience of rights of light and/or daylight and sunlight analysis Working knowledge of 3D modelling using AutoCAD  Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Easy transport routes from; Birmingham, London, Oxford, Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Cardiff, Bristol, Nottingham, Cambridge, Bath, Coventry, Swindon, Leicester Job Type ?
