Associate Director, Feasibility, Oxford

In this role, your will lead feasibility projects that stand out and resonate with our clients, while working closely with driven cross-functional teams, getting all support and ownership of your projects. You will contribute to the company?s feasibility strategy and ensure that complex medical information brings impact. Office-based or Home-based You will: * Oversee strategic writing component of feasibility reports; ensure adherence to corporate strategy * Review strategic feasibility reports, site outreach and other deliverables prepared by department staff * Promote and ensure team compliance with feasibility assessment deadlines * Supervise the proposal process for new business opportunities requiring feasibility assessment * Oversee cross-functional execution of feasibility services to meet the clients? expectations and timelines * Conduct data mining and review of internal and external data sourced to recommend feasibility strategy * Represent Feasibility Department in bid defense and client meetings * Develop and implement quality systems and templates for effective collection, analysis, and presentation of feasibility data * Line management of feasibility staff (if applicable)
