This is a strategic growth hire– the firm is currently turning away IP work and is ready to invest in building out a dedicated IP offering. You’ll have the chance to lead and shape a new service line, working alongside respected lawyers and a strong client base.Responsibilities Handle a broad range of IP matters, including: Trade mark registration, portfolio management, and enforcement. Copyright advice, licensing, and infringement disputes. Design rights and protection strategies. IP commercialisation– licensing, franchising, joint ventures, and R&D agreements. IP aspects of corporate transactions and M&A. Domain name disputes and online brand protection. Cease and desist actions and litigation support.
