About the Schools & StudentsYou will be working in welcoming, specialist SEN settings supporting children and young people aged 5-18 with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
- ADHD and associated behavioural needs
- Sensory processing difficulties
These schools provide structured, nurturing environments where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. Staff collaborate closely with therapists, behaviour specialists and families to deliver holistic support.

We are looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
- Patient, empathetic and resilient
- Adaptable and confident working with diverse needs
For Teachers: Qualified (QTS/QTLS preferred), with SEN or classroom experience desirable.
For Teaching Assistants: Experience in education or care is beneficial but not essential. No prior SEN experience? That is fine – training and support will be provided.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. The advert is for a temporary position but, in some cases, the role may become permanent.

We undertake safeguarding checks in accordance with DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’, which includes an online search as part of our due diligence. All candidates will receive free child protection and prevention duty training and must have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
