Project Manager - Oxford - Residential Project

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a valued client for an experienced Project Manager or to lead a flagship £35m mixed-use RC frame development in Oxford.

The project consists of:

• 15-storey RC frame
• 75 residential apartments
• 5 retail units
• 3-storey community centre

This is a genuine No.1 role on a highly visible project, with a 3 year programme and scope for a further 2.5 years in phase 2.

My client is well known for excellent build quality and delivering stand out projects.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong RC frame delivery experience
• Be capable of managing projects autonomously
• Be highly client-facing and professional
• Have a strong focus on quality and presentation
• Be confident managing subcontractors, programme and reporting

Candidates from either main contractors or reputable residential developers will be considered.
