- Manage a caseload of children and families requiring statutory social work support
- Undertake child and family assessments in line with statutory guidelines
- Develop and reviewChild in Need (CIN)andChild Protection (CP)plans
- Identify and manage risks to ensure children are safeguarded from harm
- Participate in child protection conferences, core groups, and multi-agency meetings
