Job Type: Full-time - 8 week Temp Role

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join our Clients team. This is a key front-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for callers, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Take messages and relay them to necessary teams. 
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist with basic data entry

About You
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable
