Warehouse Team Leader

Our client is looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing warehouse operation in Guildford.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day warehouse team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards across the operation.

Job Function:

• Leading and supporting the warehouse team
• Overseeing picking, packing, goods-in and dispatch
• Monitoring stock levels and warehouse organisation
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
• Driving efficiency and maintaining productivity levels

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse supervisory/team leader experience
• Proactive and organised approach
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Shift Pattern:

5 days in 7 on a 5-week rotation, including:

• 1 full weekend
• 1 Sunday shift
