Description

• Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Prepare and format legal documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with file management, including filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
• Support team projects and initiatives within the secretarial and business support department.

Profile

A successful Legal PA should have:

• A strong background in administrative or secretarial roles, ideally within the FMCG industry.
