Multiple Specialist Schools - Burnley - £500-£600 per week - Full-Time & Flexible Opportunities

We are currently working with a number of specialist provisions across Burnley seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a wide range of additional needs. The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you could be placed within a variety of specialist educational settings, including:
- SEND Schools
- MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) Schools
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) Schools
- PRUs (Pupil Referral Units)
- Autism Specialist Provisions
- Complex Needs and Communication Schools

Depending on your experience and preferences, you may support pupils through 1:1 interventions, small-group work, classroom support, behaviour management, emotional regulation strategies, or personalised learning programmes.

No two placements are the same, providing a fantastic opportunity to develop a broad range of SEN skills and identify the area of specialist education that best suits your long-term career ambitions.
