Press Brake Operative – Leicester

Rate: £15–£18 p/h + £1.70 shift premium
Contract: 13-week temp to perm
Hours: Mon–Thurs 3:15pm–1:15am (Back Shift)

We’re seeking an experienced Press Brake Operative to work on large-scale machinery in a busy manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Operating 3m and 6m press brake machines
• Bending large sheet metal components
• Working from engineering drawings
• Supporting production targets and quality standards
• Potential to step into a supervisory capacity

Requirements:

• Proven press brake experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience with large machinery
• Strong work ethic and reliability
