• On-target earnings of approximately 36,000, including bonuses

Duties of a Service Advisor:

• Providing outstanding customer service to clients arriving for vehicle servicing
• Managing the entire service process from booking to vehicle collection
• Liaising with technicians and workshop staff to facilitate efficient vehicle servicing
• Using management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, Keyloop, or similar to log jobs and customer details
• Upselling additional services and parts where appropriate to maximise workshop productivity
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supporting the wider team to deliver a seamless and professional service experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment
• Good mechanical understanding to effectively communicate with technicians and customers
• Knowledge of management systems such as Kerridge, ADP, or Keyloop is essential
• IT literate with the ability to efficiently manage various digital systems
• Well-presented, with strong organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure and support colleagues as needed
