Stores Person, PeterleePeterlee

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Person based in Peterlee for one of our clients on a Full time long term contract basis to start ASAP.

Summary of the Stores Person role 

Salary: £30,000
Location: Peterlee 
Type of Contract: Long term contract – immediate start  
Hours: 37.5 hour working week Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities of the Stores Person

•  Accurately receive, check, and book in deliveries ensuring all goods are correctly recorded within the internal system
• Efficiently store and organise incoming stock
• Use computer-based stock control systems

Requirements for a successful Stores Person

•  Good level of PC literacy with the ability to confidently use stock systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock and inputting data
• Good organisational skills
• A valid Reach license would be advantageous (but not essential)
