Description
This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within financial services, offering exposure to all aspects of client servicing and financial planning administration within a highly recognised and awarded IFA firm.
Working closely with experienced advisers and support teams, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their technical knowledge, gain industry qualifications, and progress into more senior administrative, paraplanning, or advisory roles over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers and the wider client services team.
  • Preparing client review documentation and supporting advisers with meeting preparation.
  • Managing client communications and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain information and process client requests.
  • Assisting with new business applications and monitoring cases through to completion.
  • Coordinating client reviews, appointments, and adviser diaries.
