Can you model excellence in Christian Youthwork and inspire a lifelong love of Jesus in our young people? Can you equip and resource church leaders to develop their own vibrant Christian Youth Ministries? Can you inspire and train volunteers? If so… we are seeking a Leader for Appleby Network Youth Church, Cumbria. Appleby NYC is a thriving suite of Christian youth projects that run throughout the Appleby Deanery.

• Inspire and empower young people to explore faith and come to know Jesus in creative and relevant ways.
• Build on the excellent relationships that Appleby NYC has with local schools, churches, and communities to connect with 11–18-year-olds.
• Lead and equip local church leaders to develop their own vibrant Youth Ministries.
• Recruit and train volunteers in mission, to create a dynamic network of sustainable projects.
• Be part of a dynamic and aspirational team.

£31,795 plus 15% employer pension contribution for qualified Youth Leaders.

This role is based in Appleby, Cumbria.
