We are seeking an experienced ER professional to write, refresh and simplify ER policies across Bakkavor. You will also produce management toolkits and guidance notes which promote and support the new way of working and culture of manager and employee self-service. You will be responsible for undertaking a review of how ER is currently delivered across Bakkavor and recommend, develop and implement a new target operating model which is in accordance with the new shared services way of working. The development and implementation of an ER case management system which has the required functionality and capability to manage ER across the business will also be in scope for this exciting opportunity. Write, refresh and simplify ER policies across Bakkavor through working groups consisting of internal and external stakeholders, and in consultation with relevant Trade Unions. Produce templates for HR policies, toolkits and guides, setting minimum standards to be used across all local policies as well as developing a strong implementation and communication plan. Review existing or produce new line management toolkits and guidance notes to support the introduction of the refreshed ER Policies. Ensure that such documentation is consistent, fit for purpose, and promotes manager self-service. Working with the Group Communications Team develop an effective new brand and format for the newly refreshed HR policies. Working with Site Senior HRBPs manage local introduction of new or revised policy and process issues including delivery of local workshops and coaching to ensure that line managers are appropriately equipped with on-going support in introducing and managing such changes. Working with the Project Fusion Team provide leadership on the development and implement an ER case management system which has the required functionality and capability to manage ER across the Business. Working with the HR Transformation Project Team undertake a review of how ER is currently delivered across Bakkavor "as is" and recommend, develop and implement a new target operating model which is in accordance with the new shared services way of working. Recommend and develop effective people metrics which will effectively manage and monitor ER across the Business. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and work closely with Senior HRBPs across the Business to deliver an optimum solution for the organisation
