50 C+E HGV Drivers needed Our client has the largest fleet of vehicles on the UK roads and every year requires additional support in the lead up to Christmas through to the end of January. They are expecting to be even busier this year due to the extra mail order volumes whilst we continue to stay away from the shops. HGV Driver requirements: * ? Minimum of £17 per hour Days PAYE (Plus holiday pay and Pension * ? £19.54 per hour Nights PAYE * ? Options available for LTD drivers as well * ? Based in Werrington, Peterborough * ? Flexible on number of shifts you want each week * ? Range of shift times days and nights available * ? On-going work * ? Modern, clean, well serviced vehicles and trailers * ? Weekly pay Shifts start and finish throughout the day and pay rates depend on that, but are at least £17 per hour. The majority of HGV Driver duties start in the afternoon and are nights due to the fact that we all post something today and expect it to arrive at its destination tomorrow. When your shift starts you will be given a duty folder detailing your route, destination/s, break times and even your finish time which makes your life easy and ensures you can plan your free time effectively. The vehicles are all clean, tidy, well maintained and are instantly recognisable due to them being bright red. There is a prestige associated with driving these HGVs and as such we are looking for drivers with a can-do attitude that can deal with delays and changes. You will need to have at least 2 years' experience of driving a Class C or C+E vehicle. be available to have a tacho and driving assessment with the dedicated driver trainers, plus pass the security checks required which are similar to a DBS.
