Property Inspector, Peterborough

We are a well established Lettings Agency based in central Peterborough and have built up a great reputation for good customer service both with our landlords and tenants. We have an opening within our small but super efficient team as a Property Inspector. Ideally you will already have experieince within the lettings field, however our main priority is to find someone who can work well within our team, has great communication and customer services skills. The rest we can teach where required!! Duties include, but are not limited to: * Liaising with Landlords and prospective tenants to arrange property viewings * Completing inventories including, pre-tenancy and post-tenancy * Mid term property inspections * Completion of all administration related to the role including the safe storage of confidential information * Direct communication to Landlords to escalate tenacy issues or concerns * Working with colleagues to ensure a seamless end to end process relating to tenancies. Supporting where required with any elements of process The job is full time, primarily working between a Monday and Friday from 8:45am to 6:00pm. Please note you will be required to work Saturdays between 10:00am to 2:00pm on a rotational basis of 1 in 5. Where required to cover absence and holiday, you may be asked to work either additional or a change to the hours above, therefore flexibility within the role is essential. Please note - it is a requirement of the role for the applicant to hold a full driving licence and we would prefer you to have use of your own transport, however a pool car can be provided on most occasions
