Our client who is a leading prestige dealership based in Peterborough are seeking a new Retail Sales Manager to run their sales team. Key Role Responsibilities: As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your key responsibilities will include: = Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by you/your team, and in a manner that focusses on the Vindis Sales Experience. =   Execute all elements of the Sales Experience, in accordance with the expected methods/standards. =   Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives. =   Analysing all data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately and deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area. =   Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees within your business area.
