Air Conditioning Engineer, Peterborough

Working for an established building contractor in Peterborough, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out Breakdown and Servicing on a mobile basis. As an Air Conditioning Engineer you will cover a variety of commercial and domestic buildings such as offices, leisure, warehouses and retail. As an Air Conditioning Engineer you will be required to: · Take responsibility of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration plant and equipment, including trouble shooting, liaison with the customers and suppliers. · Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to air conditioning plant and associated equipment / controls. Within a number of commercial and industrial buildings. · Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. · Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works. · Attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by administration team. · To undertake minor installation works. As an Air Conditioning Engineer you would be required to have the following skill set: · Experience in working to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes. · Recognised Refrigeration / air conditioning qualifications, · Recognised current refrigerant safe handling certificate - F-Gas · Recognised mechanical qualifications (desirable) · Recognised electrical qualifications (desirable) Salary and package for the Air Conditioning Engineer is dependent on experience but typically includes: · Competitive salary · Van · Mobile · Overtime/Call Out · 22 days holiday + bank holidays If you are interested in this role or if you are looking for a role in the Maintenance Division, please contact Liam Mills at Interaction on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
