Head of Product Management Peterborough £70,000- £75,000 Our client are a pioneering software house and a global supplier of software solutions. They currently use EDI solution's and are now embarking on a re-design from EDI into a new cloud environment. This is an excellent opportunity to spearhead this vital project and manage a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, the team will working with the Software Development team to make sure the day to day running of the project. The successful candidate will need to have experience of migrating EDI into cloud-based solutions using Agile Software Methodologies. You will need to be able to demonstrate Product Management techniques as well as external customers and internal stakeholder management to help develop product direction and requirements that align with company strategy. The successful candidate must have: - Strong understanding of global EDI standards and their associated uses. - Proven Senior Product Management experience. - Working in a product management capacity with development teams using Agile. - Leading a team. - Excellent communication skills. - Knowledge of working in cross - functional teams. - Managing development projects to agreed deadlines and cost.
