We are partnered with a lively and busy pub in the Stamford area, who are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. The pub take great pride in the presentation and quality of their meals. All their produce is fresh, which means they prepare all their ingredients on a daily basis, in a fast paced and lively environment. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: ? Preparing, cooking & presenting high quality dishes ? Assisting the team of 6 Chefs in all areas ? Maintaining a high quality of food hygiene at all times ? Monitoring portion and waste control Essential: ? 6+ months experience working as a Chef at any level ? Reliable ? Team Player Hours: ? 5 days on, 2 days off ? 45 hours per week Salary: ? £22000 - £25000 PA Benefits: ? 28 days holiday, Pension, Free work uniform, Free on shift meals We are looking to fill this position with immediate effect.
