Conveyancer:

AreyouanexperiencedResidentialConveyancerlookingforanewchallengeandwouldliketojoinanexcitingandexpandingfirm.Thesuccessfulapplicantmustbeabletomanageacaseloadfrominstructionthroughtocompletion,whilstalsosupervisinganypost-completionrequirements.

Responsibilitieswillinclude:

• Reportingtoclientsonthelegaltitleandsearches.
• Raisingandreplyingtopre-contractenquiries.
• Draftingandapprovingcontractsandtransferdeeds.
• EnsurecompliancewithAMLandKYCrequirements.
• Reviewingandreportingonmortgageoffers.
• Liaisingwithlenders,estateagents,conveyancersandotherthirdparties

EssentialSkills/Responsibilities:

• Abilitytocarryacaseloadof70files(approx.80%Freehold/20%Leasehold).
• ConductLeaseholdtransactionswithoutsupervision.
• Highlevelofcustomerservice.
• Willingnesstohelpwiththetraining/mentoringofotherstaff.
• Comfortablewithface-to-faceclientmeetings.
• AbilitytodealwithSharedOwnershipandNewbuildproperties.
• LicensedConveyancer/Solicitor/CILEX.
