Senior Finance Business Partner - Operations, Peterborough

We’re currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner – Operations to support our AMK Fresh site in Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced international business in a highly visible finance role, partnering closely with Operations teams to support performance, decision‑making, and continuous improvement across the business.

The role will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight and challenge to help drive efficiencies and improve commercial performance. Responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, operational reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and supporting strategic initiatives across the function. You’ll play a key role in turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that supports business growth and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a qualified accountant with strong business partnering experience and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and experience working within a fast‑moving commercial, FMCG, manufacturing, or operational environment.
