Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer, East Hampshire

Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Building - Hampshire - Immediate start -£19.40 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based on a portfolio of commercial buildings located across Hampshire. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Monday to Friday

08:00am to 17:00pm

Contract type: ongoing contract

Vehicle + fuel card

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting (small installation, fault-finding, lamping, changing ballasts, control panel, power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air conditioning – air handling units / fan coil unit (filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers – re‑set
• Water treatment (temperature checks / not dosing)
• Plumbing – unblocking toilets
• BMS system – monitor (i.e. hot & cold)
• UPS systems – monitor / take readings
• General building fabric maintenance
• Monitor mechanical plant (pumps, motors, seals, bearings)

Requirements

• Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ, or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skill
• Honest, hard‑working and reliable
• UK driving licence needed
