Our client, a busy Law firm based in Plymouth City Centre are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary. Your main responsibilities will include:- * Liaising with clients, solicitors, courts and other professionals via telephone, face to face and by correspondence. * Audio and copy typing letters, documentation, notes and statements * Diary Management * Assisting in the preparation of court bundles * Scanning and photocopying documents as and when required * Meeting and greeting any visitors to the department * updating any documents as required * Filing General administration duties as required by head of department Skills and Experience * Min 1 years experience in law firm (preferable) * Fast accurate typing speed (essential)
