The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including:

• Commercial and property litigation
• Breach of contract claims
• Shareholder and director disputes
• Contentious probate
• Asset and debt recovery
• Alternative dispute resolution

They will work with a diverse client base ranging from individuals and SMEs to larger corporates, providing strategic advice and guiding clients through complex, high-stakes disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings.

Our client is interested in speaking with confident, capable litigators with a commercial mindset and a passion for problem-solving. Candidates should have:

• 2-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine interest in business development
