Support Worker – Full Time Contracted Hours

Pay: £12.71 per hour Mileage: 45p per mile (applicable to adjoining shifts) Annual leave: 28 days

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes.

You May Be Supporting Clients With

• Mental health needs
• Limited mobility
• Non‑verbal communication
• Companionship needs
• Down syndrome
• OCD tendencies
• Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
• Speech impediments
• Cerebral palsy

Your Daily Role Could Include

• Supporting with personal care and household tasks
• Helping with shopping and community activities
• Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car)
• Encouraging social engagement and hobbies
• Administering medication
• Promoting independence and wellbeing

• A full UK driving licence (manual preferable)
• Willingness to learn and complete mandatory training
