Kitchen Prep & Safety Lead, Glasgow

• Making sandwiches and helping with other kitchen related duties as necessary, including the preparation of salads, soups and more
• Ensure effective stock rotation of products
• Upholding food safety standards and following correct cleaning proceduresat all times
• Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sinks, countertops, and floors.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
