Job Title: Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant

Location: Neath

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £85.50 per day

• Support the class teacher with classroom activities, small group interventions, and pupil engagement.
• Promote the Welsh language throughout the school day.

• Fluent Welsh speaking and communication skills.
• Desirable: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working within a UK Primary School setting.
• Experience supporting children across KS1 and KS2.
• Strong classroom support and behaviour management skills.
• A positive and patient approach to supporting pupils.
