Audit Manager, PO1

A business with national reach is looking to recruit an Audit Manager for their south and south west client portfolio. This role reports to the Audit Director and is a remote position with approx 30% travel. The company is very focused on staff engagement, the employees are majority shareholders and the person coming in to this role will directly influence business strategy.  As an Audit Manager you will be solely responsible for:- Delivering preplanned and reactive audit reviews for clients  Test the robustness of governance, risk and controls  Prepare assessments, audit plans and reports  Mentor junior staff members  Assist with business development and tender presentations  Attend and chair audit committees where appropriate  The successful candidate will have the following attributes:- IIA, ACCA or ACA qualified  Experience in Internal Audit  Proven experience delivering public sector/NFP audits essential  Must live in any of the following counties - Hampshire/Dorset/Devon/Cornwall/Wiltshire/Somerset/Wiltshire
