Our clients Commercial Property team is made up of qualified Solicitors, they are looking for a specialist commercial property solicitor to join their successful team.  You will be dealing with : ? The sale and purchase of office, retail, industrial and licensed premises. ? All aspects of landlord and tenant matters including leases, licences, surrenders, easements etc. ? Rent reviews ? The tenant?s ability to dispose of the premises by assignment or underletting ? Termination and renewal of leases under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 ? Permitted use and planning issues ? Stamp duty land tax on lease premium and/or rent Full or Part time Salary ? Negotiable depending on hours and experience.
