Each one of our Recruitment Consultants is trained to the highest of standards, enabling us to deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates alike. Due to our rapid growth we are looking to employ exeperienced Recruitment Consultants, both at intermediate level and Senior. Working alongside our Directors you will receive ongoing training and support, ensuring you become the best Recruitment Consultant possible. The Role All of our Recruitment Consultants work in a 360 capacity, and are able to provide both contract and permanent staff. As well as working closely with our existing clients you will be expected to develop new business, contact candidates and guide them through the whole recruitment process. About You We are looking for applicants who have at least 1 years experience in Recruitment and have the following soft skills. Confident Able to build long term relationships A desire to succeed and a winning mentality Strong planning, organising and process skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A passion for improving industry standards Be competitive and have a strong work ethic We have ambitous growth plans and are looking not only looking for capable Recruitment Consultants, but people who will fit in with team.
