Our client is a global leader in automotive part manufacturing. You will be based at their state-of-the-art facility on the outskirts of Portsmouth. Benefits: Temp worker benefit app. Free parking Onsite canteenHours of work and pay rate: Shift patterns and rates are: Double Days - Mon to Fri, 06.00 to 13.55 and 14.10 to 22.05 - Pre parity rates £9.12 <25 and £9.70 >25; Post Parity rates £9.84 <25 and £10.46 >25 Nights - Mon to Fri, 22.05 to 06.00 - Pre parity rates £9.76 <25 and £10.39 >25; Post Parity rates £11.15 <25 and £11.86 >25 Days - Mon to Thurs, 07.45 to 16.45 and Fri 07.45 to 12.45 - Pre parity rates £8.20 <25 and £8.72 >25; Post Parity rates £8.20 <25 and £8.72 >25 please note that the above rates differ for under 25's Also, there is a rate increase after you served 13 week on site!Responsibilities: Build the product to the client and customer specification Check molded parts for defects Work as part of a target-driven team to ensure the customer receives their product on time Requirements: No previous factory or manufacturing experience is necessary, as full training is provided by the client's training team to build your skills, product knowledge and speed. This position is worked on the client's double day shift and night shift, and you must be able to commit to a rotating shift pattern as below (these hours are non-negotiable)Please note that this is not a permanent role, this is an ongoing contract.
