Our client is a local firm in Fareham who are really well established in property and private client areas. Due to their success they are currently seeing a big increase in residential property work, which they don't see subsiding and so are looking to hire. Our client is looking for an experienced conveyancer, solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive, to take on the surge of new work that has recently come in. This is sales and purchases of Leasehold and freehold, including on new builds. You will be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancing with proven experience managing your own caseload.
