A new opportunity for an experienced Female Support Manager to oversee two Registered Care locations in Portsmouth Overview: -2 registered care homes (Location 1) 7 ladies across ranging from 49-75 years old (Location 2) 50-62 years old Learning disability, physical and mobility needs, mental health support, EASW support, support with all aspects of daily living including personal care, medication, keeping people safe. -Working closely with the local authority and external agencies to ensure people's goals and outcomes are met, MDT approach is key and is a key part of the Registered Managers role. -Both locations have small offices, where the role is based the majority of the time. Duties: You will be responsible for directly line managing a team leader and a team of support workers, by providing regular supervisions, appraisals and inductions, you will also be required to complete quality and compliance within the services. This will include regular finance audits, updating the people supported plans, risk assessments and completing person centred plans. The ability to plan and prioritise your workload is essential.
